Ohio Nurse Associate Externship offers a paid 10-week program for nursing students entering their final year, focusing on Acute Medical Surgical units at participating Cleveland Clinic Ohio hospitals. Candidates must be enrolled in accredited nursing programs, possess or obtain Basic Life Support certification, and commit to full-time hours from June 3 to August 10, 2024. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in ongoing education. No prior work experience is required, but physical demands include lifting patients and standing for extended periods.
