Superior Court of California County of Orange Law Student Externship
Law students may choose the area they are most interested in, such as General Civil, Limited Civil, Criminal, Family Law, Juvenile or Probate. Externs receive no pay but gain valuable experience in various areas of law practice.
Extern duties may include drafting objective memorandums; performing legal research on a variety of legal matters; reviewing and preparing tentative rulings for Law & Motion Calendars and other duties.
Eligible students must be currently enrolled in law school and may apply online. A cover letter, transcripts, and resume are required.
