Cleveland Clinic offers a Flex Nurse Associate Externship for RN students graduating in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025, with program dates from June 3 to August 10. Participants complete 15 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour workshop, gaining experience in patient care under RN supervision. Enrolled in accredited nursing schools, candidates assist with personal care, report changes in patient conditions, and maintain clean environments, with opportunities for advanced skills and evaluation by designated faculty. Physical demands include lifting and movement, and applicants need Basic Life Support certification.
