Fast Pace Health's Extern Program offers healthcare students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in clinics across several states. Participants must be enrolled in a healthcare program and receive school credit. Responsibilities include shadowing clinical personnel, adhering to company policies, and observing various medical procedures, such as patient intake, triaging, and charting. The program emphasizes community involvement, offering benefits like competitive compensation, holiday pay, and participation in outreach events.
