Aiken Regional Medical Centers offers a Nurse Externship Program for graduating seniors in their final semester of nursing school, providing valuable knowledge and skills in various areas of nursing. Participants commit to working at ARMC for two years after receiving their RN License and receive a paid stipend. Universal Health Services, the parent company, is a leading provider of hospital and healthcare services with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Candidates must be in their final semester of Nursing School with Aiken Technical College or the University of South Carolina Aiken.

Cornell Extern Program is open to college sophomores, juniors, and seniors from all undergraduate colleges. It's an opportunity for students to explore their career options while still in college. Winter externships are offered during January and February. Externships can last from one day to one week. Eligible students will find externships available in numerous career fields and geographic locations around the world. The externships do no include pay or college credit. Students will be responsible for all expenses, including travel and housing.
