Aiken Regional Medical Centers offers a Nurse Externship Program for graduating seniors in nursing school, providing valuable skills and preceptorships. Participants commit to working at ARMC for two years post-graduation and receive a paid stipend. UHS, a leading healthcare provider, emphasizes equal employment opportunities and a diverse, inclusive workplace. Students who join the Bain team are offered externship positions that allow them to jump start their career through six-month working assignments at other companies where they can pursue different career paths.
