NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center Dental Programs

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center has four American Dental Association-accredited post-graduate programs for dental students who have graduated of an American Dental Association or Canadian Dental Association accredited school.

The residencies are in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and General Dentistry.

The residencies include:

  • PGY-1 one-year General Practice Residency 
  • PGY-2 one-year General Practice Residency 
  • Four-year Certificate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency 
  • Six-year MD-Integrated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency with Weill Cornell Medical College

All programs start on July 1. Residents are housed in apartments that are owned by the hospital. Each program admits a specific amount of residents into the program. To apply, residents must submit an application, dental school transcript, undergraduate college transcript, recent photo, and letters of recommendation.
