Nurse Externship - Summer 2021 (US Pennsylvania Dauphin County Hershey)

The Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is offering a 10-week Summer Nurse Externship for bachelor's degree nursing students entering their senior year. The program includes a two-week orientation with classroom and clinical components, where nurse externs perform basic bedside care and selected nursing procedures. Qualified candidates must be nursing students in a BSN program graduating between Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. The position may require a Post Offer Employment Physical Exam, and Penn State Health is committed to diversity and equal opportunity in employment.

The externships give nursing students an opportunity to work directly with the nursing team at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. This paid externship is offered during the summer.
