This job opportunity is a paid nurse externship program lasting 7-8 weeks, designed for nursing students entering their senior year of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program or equivalent. The Nurse Assistant/Extern will work under a Registered Nurse's guidance, providing patient care and assistance with daily activities. Christiana Care Health System Student Nurse Externships are offered to students enrolled in a nursing program and pursuing a career as a Registered Nurse. Students interested in applying must have completed at least one clinical rotation in an acute care setting.
