This job description is for a Nurse Extern position, offering both full and part-time roles. The Nurse Extern's responsibilities include responding to patient needs, collaborating with the healthcare team, observing and reporting patient conditions, and assisting with various patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, enrollment in an accredited nursing school, and successful completion of two clinical semesters. Preferred qualifications include prior healthcare experience and BCLS certification.
