YAI offers an unpaid Speech Language Pathologist Internship for students enrolled in a graduate program, providing an opportunity to work under supervision in speech therapy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves evaluating and planning therapy, training in home therapeutic programs, and using electronic health records. The internship may count towards course credit, subject to approval by the student's educational institution.
