Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers a dynamic Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program across the United States, focusing on emergency medicine. The program is open to students enrolled in AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing programs, offering hands-on experience in patient care, lab work, and emergency case management under the mentorship of experienced veterinary nurses. This unpaid externship requires rabies vaccination and allows students to choose their externship length and location.
