Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is offering a Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program for students in AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing programs. The externship focuses on emergency veterinary medicine, providing hands-on experience in patient care, laboratory procedures, and collaboration in a fast-paced setting. Participants receive mentorship from experienced veterinary technicians and can customize the externship's length and location. This unpaid program requires rabies vaccination compliance and is exclusively for veterinary technology/nursing students, aiming to immerse them in emergency medicine.
