The Speech Language Externship at Mid-State Special Education Cooperative in central Illinois offers an enriching opportunity for students enrolled in an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program to gain practical experience. Externs will work closely with experienced SLPs on caseload management, facilitate therapy sessions, complete assessments, and participate in the IEP process, enhancing their skills in a supportive educational setting.
