The job entails shadowing a mentor veterinarian to gain veterinary experience, ensuring pet, client, and associate safety, providing exceptional service, and participating in the Externship Program. It requires adherence to Mars, Inc.'s Five Principles, showcasing leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client service skills. The candidate should demonstrate initiative, integrity, cooperativeness, flexibility, independence, and tolerance for stress.
