Veterinary students from AVMA-accredited schools can gain hands-on clinical experience through externships at Animal Clinic Inc. in Chattanooga, TN. Stipends are offered to help offset travel expenses, with priority given to students in their clinical years. Externs actively participate in cases, including surgeries, emergencies, and routine appointments, under the guidance of experienced veterinarians. The program emphasizes mentorship, skill development, and encourages active engagement in case discussions, preparing students for real-world veterinary practice.
