Rapidly growing emergency company, Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG), offers an unpaid Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program providing hands-on experience in emergency medicine for AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing students. Students gain skills in patient care, laboratory processing, triaging, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in externship length and location, with mentorship from credentialed veterinary technicians, while adhering to rabies vaccination requirements.

Winter externships are offered during January and February. Externships can last from one day to one week.
