This job offers an 8-week Home Health Student Nurse Extern Program for nursing students, providing hands-on clinical experience in partnership with CenterWell Home Health Registered Nurses. Students will work 3 days per week during June and July, providing patient care and participating in development sessions with nurse leaders. Key responsibilities include providing quality patient care, communicating changes in patient condition, performing assessments and procedures, maintaining a safe environment, and adhering to ethical practices.
