Rapidly growing emergency veterinary company, Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG), offers an unpaid externship program for veterinary technician/nurse students, providing hands-on experience in emergency medicine. The program focuses on honing skills such as patient vitals, laboratory processing, patient care, triage, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing program and have rabies vaccination unless exempted by their school's policy. Flexibility in externship length and location is offered, with mentorship provided by credentialed veterinary technicians.

Externships are available in the Spring, Summer and Fall for law students and throughout the year for paralegals. Law student externships are 13 weeks during which students will work in the courts on tax matters. Externs will work up to 40 hours per week.
