Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers an unpaid externship for veterinary technician/nursing students aimed at providing hands-on experience in emergency medicine. With a focus on fostering a customer-first mentality and an employee-centric work environment, VEG aims to revolutionize emergency medicine. The externship program allows students to choose the duration and location of their externship, offering mentorship and full immersion in emergency medicine skills, including patient care and triaging.
