Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers a Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program for students enrolled in AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing programs. The program provides hands-on experience in emergency medicine, focusing on skills such as obtaining patient vitals, processing laboratory samples, and triaging cases. Externs have flexibility in choosing the duration and location of their externship, and mentorship is provided by experienced veterinary technicians. Rabies vaccination is required, unless exempted by the school's policy.

The externship is unpaid. Oregon Tax Court Externships are offered to both law students and paralegal students who have completed at least one full year (law) or half (paralegal) of their schooling. Externships are available in the Spring, Summer and Fall for law students and throughout the year for paralegals. Law student externships are 13 weeks during which students will work in the courts on tax matters. Externs will work up to 40 hours per week. Eligible law students must be self-starters with excellent research and writing skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
