VEG offers a Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program for vet tech/nursing students, providing hands-on experience in emergency medicine. The program emphasizes an employee-centric environment and focuses on honing skills such as patient care, triaging cases, and collaboration. Applicants must be enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing program, and rabies vaccinations are required unless exempted by school policy.
