Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) seeks AVMA-accredited vet tech/nursing students for their unpaid externship program, providing hands-on emergency medicine experience alongside credentialed veterinary technicians. With a focus on a customer-first mentality and employee-centric culture, VEG aims to revolutionize emergency medicine. Students will hone skills in triaging cases, obtaining vitals, and caring for hospitalized patients, with flexibility in externship length and location choice. Rabies vaccination is required, and applicants must be actively enrolled in an accredited program, seeking externship hours within six months.
