Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers an unpaid externship program for veterinary technology/nursing students, providing hands-on experience in emergency medicine alongside credentialed technicians. With a focus on employee and customer satisfaction, VEG aims to create a supportive work environment and has been nominated for INC Magazine's Best Places to Work. Students gain skills in emergency care, triage, and patient management, with flexibility in externship length and location. Rabies vaccination is required, unless exempted by the student's school policy.
