VEG offers a Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program for AVMA accredited students, providing hands-on emergency medicine experience. Externs work alongside experienced Veterinary Nurses, gaining skills in patient care, triage, and collaboration. Flexibility in externship length and location, with a focus on fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Rabies vaccination required, and applications are open to students within six months of starting their externship.
