They offer an unpaid Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program to provide hands-on experience in emergency medicine for vet tech/nursing students. This program offers flexibility in duration and location, mentorship by credentialed veterinary technicians, and requires rabies vaccinations unless exempted by the school's policy. Eligibility is limited to veterinary technology/nursing students enrolled in AVMA accredited programs, with an externship start within 6 months.
