Bloomberg's Externship program offers diverse student backgrounds a chance to engage early with the company. The program, held in New York and San Francisco from May 20-23, provides exposure to financial markets, professional development, and priority for the 2025 Summer Internship. It's open to college sophomores, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, who have an interest in finance, business, and technology. Participants should be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in 2025 and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
