The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and stocked hospital environment, assisting with patient procedures, and ensuring quality patient care.
