The Premier Veterinary Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Veterinary Technician Extern for a temporary, full-time paid position at $15.50/hr. This role, ideal for highly trained candidates, involves assisting in the emergency team, maintaining a clean and stocked hospital environment, assisting doctors and technicians, and handling various tasks including patient preparation, laboratory work, radiography, and patient restraint. Candidates should have a basic understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
