Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG), a fast-growing emergency veterinary company, offers an externship for vet tech/nurse students to gain hands-on emergency medicine experience. Participants will develop skills in patient care, laboratory work, triage, and teamwork in a high-paced environment. Open to students currently enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing program, the program requires rabies vaccination, and offers flexibility in duration and location. This externship, part of VEG's commitment to employee and customer excellence, is unpaid and targets students who need externship hours for their course.
