Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers a Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program providing hands-on emergency medicine experience alongside credentialed technicians. The program focuses on honing skills in patient care, triage, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing program and vaccinated for rabies. Flexibility in externship length and location is provided to meet school requirements.
