Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers an unpaid externship program for veterinary technology/nursing students, providing hands-on experience in emergency medicine. Students work alongside credentialed veterinary technicians (Veterinary Nurses) to hone skills in patient care, triage, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Flexible locations and mentorship are provided, with a focus on meeting school requirements and ensuring rabies vaccination compliance.
