Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers an unpaid externship for AVMA-accredited veterinary technology/nursing students seeking hands-on emergency medicine experience. With a focus on mentorship and flexibility, students can choose the length and location of their externship. The program provides opportunities to develop skills in patient care, triage, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, aiming to foster a customer-centric and employee-valued culture. Rabies vaccination is required, unless exempt per school policy.
