IBM is hiring for the P-TECH at IBM Bridge Program, a 17-week paid externship aimed at developing professional and technical skills for entry-level roles. The program includes learning paths in areas like Application Development, Cybersecurity, and Data Science, alongside IBM methodologies like Design Thinking and Agile. Participants, preferably graduates of IBM-affiliated P-TECH schools, will work full-time on-site/hybrid and complete assigned projects to enhance their competitive candidacy for future positions.
