The ideal candidate for the position at Webco Manufacturing should have at least one year of related experience, a mechanical background, and proficiency in welding processes, particularly MIG welding. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are also essential. A weld test is mandatory during the interview process. Additionally, the company offers an apprenticeship program for those with less experience in welding, providing paid training for production welding.
