Administrative support for veterinary externship program & recruitment: Coordinate scheduling & applications for externs, ensuring alignment with their interests & learning objectives. Serve as communication hub between externs & talent acquisition team, addressing concerns & ensuring positive experience. Collect feedback for program improvement, maintain accurate records, & conduct outreach to students post-events for ongoing engagement. Collaborate with Alliance Animal Health team to enhance externship experience & shape future veterinary professionals.
