This summer nursing externship program at Ascension St. John in Oklahoma offers flexible scheduling with a maximum of 24 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care under RN supervision, completing nursing orders, and documenting patient observations. Applicants must have completed at least one semester of clinical rotations, possess a high school diploma/GED, and be enrolled in a nursing program. UCLA Health Nursing Summer Externship Program offers work experience to nursing students who have completed their junior year and are entering their senior year of nursing school. The externship is unpaid.
