Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers an unpaid Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program for AVMA-accredited vet tech/nursing students seeking hands-on emergency medicine experience. With a focus on customer satisfaction and employee well-being, VEG aims to create a supportive work environment while providing top-notch emergency care for pets. Externs will gain skills in patient care, triage, and collaboration, with flexibility in externship length and location. Rabies vaccination is required, and applicants must be actively enrolled in an accredited program.
