Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers a Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program for AVMA-accredited vet tech/nursing students, providing hands-on experience in emergency medicine. Students gain skills such as patient vitals, lab sample processing, and triaging in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in location and duration, along with mentorship by credentialed veterinary technicians, enhances the immersive learning experience.
