Part-time faculty teaching opportunities available within DePaul University's College of Law Experiential Learning Department, focusing on externship program seminars encompassing judicial, private practice, public interest, and government externships. Required qualifications include a JD degree, active law license, demonstrated expertise in the relevant practice setting seminar, and prior teaching experience is beneficial. NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Externships

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Externships are for nursing students currently enrolled in a BSN program. Externships give students a chance to increase their skill set and prepare for a career in nursing. Externs will work in one of the world’s largest academic medical centers. They will work with physicians, allied professionals and other nurses in an environment where they can exchange ideas and increase their medical knowledge. Positions are offered as a Nursing Attendant, Nursing Companion or Summer Nurse Externship. All are part-time nursing positions for nursing students.

UCLA Health Nursing Summer Externship Program offers work experience to nursing students who have completed their junior year and are entering their senior year of nursing school. The externship is unpaid. Externships are offered during the summer and take place at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica, Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA, and The Stewart and Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA. Applicants can choose two specialty areas for their externship. The externship is designed to help nursing students choose a career path in nursing.

St. John Medical Center Nurse Externship Program is for nursing students who are just two semesters away from graduation. Senior-level nursing students may apply. To be eligible, students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or above. They must also be able to work the required number of hours during the semester. The externship places nursing students in real work environments where they can apply their classroom learning in a hospital setting working with real patients.

Externs will profile startup companies, learn what VCs look for, and be a part of investing in the next generation of technology. American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine (ACLAM) Externships are designed to provide a 2-3 week work experience in laboratory animal medicine for veterinary medicine students. The externships are offered at several different host locations. Students may choose an externship at a university such as Johns Hopkins or Ohio State University, or they can complete their externship at a medical facility such as Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Each externship will provide a placement that will match students' interests and career goals.

Cornell Extern Program is open to college sophomores, juniors, and seniors from all undergraduate colleges. It's an opportunity for students to explore their career options while still in college.
