Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) offers a Veterinary Technician/Nurse Student Externship Program for students enrolled in AVMA accredited veterinary technology/nursing programs. The program provides hands-on experience in emergency medicine, focusing on skills like patient care, laboratory procedures, and triage. Flexible in duration and location, the externship offers mentorship and immersion in a customer-first environment. Vaccination for rabies is required, and applicants must be actively enrolled in qualifying programs.
