Bloomberg offers an Externship for diverse college sophomores interested in finance, business, and technology. The program, held in New York and San Francisco from May 20-23, includes professional development, exposure to financial markets, and potential interviews for 2025 internships. It's open to underrepresented groups, including Black, African-American, Hispanic, Latinx, Native, Indigenous, and first-generation students. Participants should be U.S. work-authorized, aiming for a client-facing career, and able to commit to a 10-week internship.
