The Ohio Nurse Associate Externship (NAE) at Cleveland Clinic offers a paid 10-week program for nursing students nearing graduation. Participants work full-time under the guidance of RN Mentors, gaining hands-on experience in patient care, including vital signs, personal care assistance, and patient transfers. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited BSN or ADN program, possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and be available from June 3 to August 10, 2024. Upon completion, participants may be eligible for roles such as PCNA, Nurse Tech, or Clinical Tech, with opportunities for personal and professional growth emphasized throughout the program.
