Flex Nurse Associate Externship at Cleveland Clinic offers RN students graduating Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 an immersive summer program. Participants undergo basic patient care activities under RN supervision, including vital signs monitoring and patient assistance. Enrolled in accredited BSN or ADN nursing schools with less than one or two classes until graduation can apply, with potential for role advancement post-program. The program entails fifteen 12-hour shifts and additional workshops between June 9 - August 10, emphasizing critical thinking and physical capability.
