Student Nurse Externship Program in Arizona

This nursing externship program at TMC offers nursing students in their final semester an 11-week paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills. Under the direct supervision of an RN, students will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and perform various clinical procedures. Essential functions include maintaining patient safety, documenting care activities, and participating in ongoing education and training. Applicants must have completed an acute care clinical rotation and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
